Mein Computer friert immer wieder ein und startet manchmal von selbst neu. Weiß jemand, was ich tun kann, um dies zu beheben? Oder finde heraus, wo das Problem liegt. Ich habe es an einen Ort gebracht und sie hatten mehr als eine Woche Zeit und gaben eine Menge Geld aus und wurden einige Viren und Spyware los, aber das Problem, von dem ich ihnen erzählte, ist immer noch da. Es friert ein und manchmal sind es die Fenster und manchmal friert die Maus ein.
